Terms of service

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. Clo currently operates in New York City; meetups and venue offers are only available there.

One account per person, with accurate information. Accounts are for people, not businesses. Venues join through the partner program instead.

Clo suggests meetups; whether you attend is always your choice. Show up when you accept, cancel in the app when you can't. Repeated no-shows may limit your matches.

Partner venues are independent businesses. Reservations, menus, pricing, and house rules are theirs; rewards you earn through Clo are subject to the reward terms shown in the app.

Treat matches with respect, in the app and in person. Harassment, hate, or unsafe behavior leads to removal. One report is enough for us to investigate, and we cooperate with venues and authorities when safety requires it.

Don't use Clo to advertise, solicit, or scrape. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the matching system.

You own what you submit (photos, preferences, feedback). You grant Clo a license to use it to operate and improve the service, and that's it. Delete your account and the license ends with it.

Clo is provided as-is. We work hard on the matching, but we can't guarantee chemistry, availability of any venue, or uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clo's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (for free accounts: $0).

Clo offers paid monthly subscriptions: Clo Unlimited and Clo Premium. When you subscribe, you are enrolling in an automatically recurring plan: you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method the plan price at the start of each monthly billing cycle, and your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Founding-member and other promotional prices are introductory. Unless we tell you otherwise, once any introductory period ends your plan renews at the standard monthly price: Clo Unlimited at $19.99 per month and Clo Premium at $199.99 per month. We show the current price before you subscribe.

You can cancel at any time from your Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge fails, we may retry it for a few days before pausing your access.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling before a renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Prices and plans may change; we will give notice of material changes where the law requires. To manage or cancel your plan, open Account or email clo@contextualintelligence.co.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
